BBQ on Saturday was tiring! And fun. So nice to see everyone that's important to me celebrating my birthday with me. It was a meaningful moment. Except that some people whom i really wanted to be around, wasn't able to make it (e.g Fang, Bart, Ayes, Grace, Xianlong, Hilary, Jean, My ex boss etc.. ..)

The preparations was a mess! A little rushed due to the time that was allowed for me to prepare stuffs.

Ended work at 5.30pm, baby came to fetch me to aunt's house. was suppose to go straight to buy groceries, but dilly dally-ing pissed me off. sparkled into a heated arguement between my aunt, baby and me.

and so sister came to save the day. she brought me out to calm me down and to buy groceries.

By the time we were done, it was already 11+pm. Back to aunt house and she prep all the food, marinated the chicken wings. (some friends said the chicken wings were delicious! =))

Back to chalet at 2 am.

Woke up at 4.30am to go to the Fishery port at Sembawang to get fresh stingray and prawns. Darn sleepy. Bought 3kg worth of prawns (which finished at the BBQ), 2kg of Stingray.

Went for breakfast at around 6am (time was reeally flying!) and headed to Sheng Shiong. Bought more groceries, charcoal, beers etc.

Headed back to chalet around 8.30am. Packed up stuffs and SLEEP til 12.30pm.

Bathtub at chalet is SHIOK. Bubble baths!!

Aunt came around 2pm plus, and Lestari started to help with the preparations of other food. Only then i realised that there's still alot that i've yet to do!! Started to panic.

5.30pm - brought food down to BBQ pit, guests started to arrive. (yikes!) and wonderful and talented sister started the fire (throughout this 3 days, my sister and my dearest was doing ALOT of things for me. so, THANKS and I love you both!)

Lestari was the cook for the day and i was running about for the rest of the night. i was tired, perspiring and smelly!

Was running around to take photos and catching up with friends. Come to think about it, i didn't really manage to enjoy the BBQ! =(

9.30 was the cut cake session. Happy birthday song was sang (with no energy from my guests... -.-)

Guests started leaving around 11pm, but more guests coming around 11pm. Was quiet happy to see friends who has MIA-ed from my life.

lights was switched off at 1.30pm, and so we started to clean up (in the dark) and we kinda begged the management to switch on the lights so we could clean better, and they did. =) so, Thanks!!

all guests left around 2pm, and cleaning ended at about 2.30.

Back to the chalet to eat and chill out. Sis and future bro - in - law left around 3.15? by that time i was not noticing the time.

Bathed and saw my phone - 3.45am. i was SHOCKED. i didnt realised that it was THAT late.

Sleep.

woke up at 12.30pm. Uncle, aunt and lestari came to pick up the stuffs (chairs, table, leftover food etc) really must thank them too. the really helped alot.

they left around 2pm (i think) and i opened my prezzies!!

Other than the Ang Pows, i really liked the prezzies too! though some was abit weird, but thanks too!

My total angpow is enough for me to buy my DSRL. So once i bought it, i will post it up and put their names who contributed to my camera! =))))

Dinner at funan, (seeing DSRL already). Bishamon (i think). and back to chalet.

Snacked on Macdonalds and sis left around 10pm. Bathed and slept around 11pm.

Today, came from chalet to work, so here i am, blogging about MY day, and not in the mood to work. Steam boat today with colleagues because they wasnt able to come. (Maybe because boss came, so they didnt want to come?? just kidding, my boss is Great!!)

Oh yes, and Happy 4 years And 7 Months to dearest and I.

2 more days to my official birthday. =)

Buying my cammie tomorrow!! =D will start using it on my official birthday! Super excited!!!
